Minimum Stays – 2026 Season

The following policies are our required minimum stays on arrival for advanced bookings. The minimum stays may be waived if we still have rooms available within one week of arrival. Please call us if you are looking to book within one week of arrival.

There is no minimum for Motel Upper Balcony rooms #M-10 – M-15, except during special events, or on holiday/peak weekends.

2-Night Minimum for Motel Lower Balcony rooms

2-Night Minimum for Motel Upper Balcony Rooms #M-9 (Handicap) and #M-16

2-Night Minimum for all Cottages except:

3-Night Minimum for Cottages #C-11 and #C-12

Minimum Stays During Special Events

In 2026, the NASCAR Cup Race (August 20-23) has a 3-night minimum stay. Biketemberfest (September 18-20) has a 2-night minimum. Please see our Motorcycle Week Rates page for Motorcycle Week minimums.

Minimum Stays During Holiday Weekends

In 2026, Memorial Day Weekend has a 2-night minimum on Saturday only (May 23). The July 4th Holiday (July 2-5) has a 3-night minimum. Labor Day weekend has a 2-night minimum on Saturday and Sunday (September 5-6). Columbus Day Weekend has a 2-night minimum on Saturday only (October 10).

2-Night Minimum on Summer Weekends

In 2026, the following summer weekends have 2-night minimum stays: June 5-6; June 26-27; July 10-11; July 17-18; July 24-25; July 31-August 1; August 7-8; August 14-15; and August 28-29.
