Group Rates

We offer a mid-week, 10% discount to large groups when booking six or more rooms for two nights or more. The group discount is available Sunday-Thursday only. It is not available on weekends, or during holidays or special events.

The group of rooms can be booked in one of two ways:

#1: One person (the group leader) can book a room block for the whole group.

#2: The group leader provides an easy-to-remember name for the group. Families or individuals can then make their own reservation arrangements. They will receive the group discount if they refer to the group name when booking. In this case, we won’t hold any rooms for the group, so early booking is essential, as availability is not guaranteed.

Room Blocks

We can block off a group of rooms to guarantee availability. However, the only type of rooms that we can block off are Motel Lower Balcony rooms, and we can only block off a maximum of six rooms. A 50% deposit is required.

Group Cancellation Policy

There is a $100 fee PER UNIT to cancel your reservation. If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, you will receive a refund of  your deposit, less the cancellation fee. If you cancel 29 days or less before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable. If you do not check in on your arrival date, and have not cancelled, you will be charged for the full balance due of your reservation.

Group Change Policy

There is a $100 fee PER UNIT to change your reservation dates.  Date changes 29 days or less before arrival are subject to the cancellation policy.  Unit changes are subject to available rooms and rates, plus a $100 change fee PER UNIT.
